Yes, ChaosNut began as a community—and has since grown into a development team. We still stay true to our roots by offering opportunities to interns and passionate game dev enthusiasts, while also supporting indie teams and companies through valuable outsourcing services.
How do your services work? Why choose ChaosNut Studio?
Our approach adapts to what each client needs. For budget-friendly projects, we involve our well-trained interns—giving them real experience while keeping costs low. A small allowance is charged to cover team coordination and to reward the interns involved. If clients wish, they can also offer extra tips or bonuses, which are distributed 100% to the interns transparently. For clients seeking higher-end results, we also have an experienced core team ready to deliver. Everything is flexible and open for discussion—our goal is to match your needs with the right talent and support.
If I like your interns, can I hire them?
Absolutely! We're open to those discussions and happy to support their growth. That said, most interns are committed to completing their internship programs. Early hiring is possible, but may require a discussion and a fair compensation to account for early termination. Everything is flexible and can be worked out together.
